Purpose: Manage pattern shop operations to ensure timely availability and maintenance of patterns for production.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise pattern manufacturing, repair, and maintenance.
– Maintain pattern inventory and storage systems.
– Ensure pattern quality and dimensional accuracy.
– Coordinate with production and engineering teams.
– Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
– Experience in foundry pattern shop operations.
