We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate daily operational activities

✔️ Follow up on outstanding client payments

✔️ Visit client offices for payment collection and coordination

✔️ Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

✔️ Prepare and maintain operational reports and records

✔️ Support management in achieving operational objectives

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia

✅ Valid Saudi Driving License

✅ Personal Vehicle Required

✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills

✅ Good computer knowledge and reporting skills

✅ Ability to travel across the Kingdom as required

Mandatory Languages:
