Position: Warehouse Supervisor & Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing 3PL warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on experience managing warehouse and logistics activities in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.

• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.

• Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to meet customer requirements.

• Prepare and monitor monthly warehouse service billing and customer invoices.

• Support procurement activities.

• Oversee facility management, warehouse maintenance, and equipment upkeep.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Support HR and administrative functions related to warehouse operations.

• Participate in project management activities, including warehouse setup and operational improvement initiatives.

• Monitor operational costs and contribute to budgeting and financial performance.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a 3PL warehouse within the Middle East.

• Strong knowledge of:

o Warehouse Operations

o Inventory Management

o WMS / Oracle

o Transportation & Distribution

o Project Management

o Procurement

o Warehouse Service Billing & Customer Invoicing

o Financial Management and Cost Control

o HR & Administration

o Facility & Maintenance Management

o QHSE Management Systems

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse environment.

• Age: 30–45 years.
