QC Manager – Mechanical

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

• More than 10 years of specialized structural experience in Mega and high-end construction projects.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the KSA or GCC region.

Core Duties: Manage and coordinate all mechanical QC staff; construct comprehensive Checklists, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and robust construction methodologies; deep technical expertise in piping, welding, quality management systems, and mechanical installations (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).

QC Engineer – Mechanical

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

• More than 5 years of professional quality control site inspection experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the KSA / GCC market.

Core Duties: Execute on-site technical inspections for mechanical works against approved IFC drawings; review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs; prepare detailed WIRs, MIRs, and quality documentation; monitor and follow up on NCRs and Site Instructions.

QC Manager – Electrical

• BSc in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

• More than 10 years of professional track record in Mega and high-end building/infrastructure developments.

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience within KSA / GCC regions.

Core Duties: Strategic leadership of electrical QC engineering; verify structural compliance of execution methodologies; formulate operational ITPs and checklists; expert knowledge of electrical and Low Current technical installation parameters.

QC Engineer – Electrical

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.

• More than 5 years of experience in high-end construction quality assurance.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct structural practice inside KSA or GCC.

Core Duties: Conduct engineering inspections for all primary and secondary electrical works; verify full compliance with approved specifications; supervise testing and commissioning phases; compile WIRs, MIRs, and close out site NCRs/SIs.

QC Engineer – Low Current (ELV Systems)

• BSc in Electrical or Electronics / Low Current Engineering.

• More than 5 years of active engineering inspection experience on large scale projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in KSA / GCC region.

Core Duties: Rigorously inspect and monitor modern ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Data infrastructure, SOC, GSM, Tetra/LTE, etc.); cross-examine shop drawings and physical installations; oversee testing, validation, and sign-offs for complex system commissioning.

QC Supervisors (Mechanical / Electrical / Low Current)

• Engineering Diploma or Technical High School accreditation.

• More than 10 years of extensive field experience in high-end infrastructure/mega-projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory capacity inside KSA / GCC projects.
