– Welcomes to patients and visitors in person or on the telephone/mobile and answering or referring inquiries
– Optimizes patients, satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
– Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patients arrival
Requirements
- 2 years receptionist experience in clinic/medical center/hospital
- Computer proficiency and full proficiency in Medical Billing software
- Work under pressure
- Experience with health Insurance approval & Eligibility check
