Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process bookings accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with reservation-related information and requests.
Maintain reservation records and update systems regularly.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest/customer service.
Requirements:
Indian nationality.
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
