🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or related projects.

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site operations, and project management.

Experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors.

Understanding of quality control and safety standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Supervise construction activities on-site.

Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.

Resolve technical issues and support project completion within deadlines.
