We are looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee our fresh food post-harvest distribution and cold storage facility. You will be responsible for managing the intake of agricultural produce from farms, handling inventory inside temperature-controlled storage, and supervising distribution to retail markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise incoming vegetable logistics from harvest points to cold storage facilities.

• Coordinate daily operations of cold rooms, ensuring proper storage temperatures and food safety standards.

• Manage inventory levels, shelf-life rotation (FIFO), and minimize product waste/wastage.

• Oversee transportation networks, fleet scheduling, and delivery routing to retail clients.

• Manage warehouse staff and liaise with third-party farming operators and buyers.

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years of experience in Logistics, Cold Chain Management, or Fresh Produce/FMCG operations.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to build operational workflows from the ground up.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a major advantage).

• Transferable Iqama preferred.
