We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Office Engineer (Chief) with a strong background in railway projects to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing technical office operations and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Technical Office team across railway projects

Oversee design review, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals

Coordinate with project management, site teams, consultants, and clients

Ensure compliance with railway standards, specifications, and safety regulations

Monitor project schedules, technical progress, and resource allocation

Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges

Review contracts, claims, variations, and project documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with significant exposure to railways/metro projects

Proven experience in a leadership or chief role within Technical Office

Strong knowledge of railway standards (track works, signaling interfaces, civil structures)

Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
