We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Business Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of safety, service quality, and operational excellence.

He has extensive experience in the following departments:

*- Safety Equipment Rental & Asset Management

*- Rescue Services Management

*- Business Development

*- Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Business Management, or a related field.

 Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial safety services.

 Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role In major companies in the Kingdom.

 Proven experience in:

 Safety Equipment Rental

 Gas Detection Systems

 Breathing Air Systems

 Rescue Standby Services

 Industrial Safety Operations

 Oil & Gas Support Services

Preferred Certifications

 PMI certification

 -NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma

 OSHA Certification

 Confined Space Rescue Certification

 Technical Rope Rescue Certification

 Incident Command System (ICS)

 First Aid & Emergency Response Certifications

Required Skills

 Strong operational leadership and decision-making abilities.

 Excellent business development and commercial acumen.

 Proven P&L management experience.

 Contract management and tendering expertise.

 Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
