We are urgently looking for a SR. QC Engineer to work with one of our prestigious client in Saud Arabia.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all phases of our engineering projects. This position demands a keen eye for detail, extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods, and a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and regulations. As Senior Quality Control, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections, and collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to guarantee that all work meets or exceeds required specifications. This role is essential in minimizing project risks, preventing costly rework, and ensuring client satisfaction through the consistent delivery of high-quality results. The successful candidate will also lead quality control teams, provide training and guidance to junior staff, and continuously strive to improve quality control processes through innovation and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for civil engineering projects.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address and resolve quality issues.

• Lead and oversee quality control teams, providing training and mentorship to junior staff.

• Review technical specifications, drawings, and materials to ensure adherence to project requirements.

• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality tests and reports.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all quality control activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control within the civil engineering industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry standards.

• Proficient in quality management systems and quality assurance methodologies.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

• Certification in quality control or quality management is a plus.
