About Wain Nakol and C3

C3 Mailime is a WhatsApp-first customer communication platform built for businesses across the Middle East. We help restaurants, cafes, and SMEs reach their customers directly on WhatsApp where they actually read things, not in a feed they scroll past.

Wain Nakol is our consumer product: an exclusive WhatsApp deals channel connecting food lovers in Muscat with the best restaurants and cafes in their area. We build and manage an opted-in list of people across Muscat who receive exclusive restaurant offers directly on WhatsApp. Our results speak for themselves. One campaign. One restaurant. Fully booked across all three floors.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, phone-confident individual to join Wain Nakol as a Part-Time Telesales and Appointment Setter. We are growing fast and need someone who can get decision-makers on the phone, introduce the service, and book confirmed sales appointments for our closing team.

This is a remote, flexible role. You choose your hours — as long as calls are made between 12 PM and 11 PM Oman time and you hit your weekly targets.

What You Will Be Doing

– Calling and messaging restaurant and cafe owners in Muscat via phone and WhatsApp
– Introducing Wain Nakol and qualifying prospects
– Booking confirmed sales appointments between interested owners and our team
-Logging all activity daily in our CRM system
-Following up with warm leads who have shown interest

What We Offer

– 80 OMR fixed monthly retainer
– 20% recurring commission on every client you personally close, every month they stay active
– 5% bonus commission on every deal where you set the appointment that led to a close
– Company phone number and paid plan from day one
– Company mobile phone after successful trial period
– Access to CRM and all necessary tools — provided by us
– One week of paid training before you start

A clear growth path — strong performers are considered for full-time roles
Targets

-Minimum 4 confirmed appointments per week after the trial period
-Trial period: 4 weeks after training — you must set at least 6 confirmed appointments to continue
-Flexible schedule — work from home, at a cafe, or anywhere that works for you

Who We Are Looking For

-Someone who is comfortable calling strangers and handling rejection without losing confidence
-Fluent in Arabic & English
-Has experience in telesales, cold calling, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
-Is familiar with the restaurant and hospitality scene in Muscat
-Is legally authorized to work in Oman
-Can commit to consistent daily calling activity, even on slow days
-Is organized enough to log everything in a CRM — no guessing, no verbal updates only

This Is NOT For You If

-You need a guaranteed high fixed salary from day one
-You are not comfortable making cold calls daily
-You cannot commit to a minimum weekly appointment target
-You are not legally in Oman
