Job Vacancy: Nursing Supervisor

Location: Medical Center Tower, Qatif Region, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team at Medical Center Tower in the Qatif region.

Position Requirements:

Nationality: Indian or Filipino

– Gender: Female

– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

– Valid nursing license (Saudi license preferred)

– Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, including supervisory experience

– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

– Ability to manage nursing staff and ensure high standards of patient care

– Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations

– Monitor patient care quality and safety standards

– Support and guide nursing staff

– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

– Prepare schedules, reports, and performance evaluations
