✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer

• Strong knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, calculations, design details, and applicable codes, standards, and specifications

• Ability to perform engineering analysis, design, development, coordination, and project control activities

🎓 Preferred Certification: Facility Management Certification / IFMA

🔧 Key Skills & Expertise:

• Building Management Systems (BMS)

• HVAC design, operation, and maintenance

• Water distribution, drainage, and gas systems

• Electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems

• Mechanical equipment maintenance (pumps, fans, chillers, boilers)

• Energy-efficient systems and sustainability practices

• Building codes and regulatory compliance

• AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills
