We Ghars Al Mazen Limited Company, a leading company specializing in Swimming Pool MEP Design & execution, are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team.

We are seeking an experienced and independent Architect who can work on Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, develop detailed design solutions, and prepare complete technical and commercial proposals. The ideal candidate should be able to handle projects independently from concept interpretation to execution detailing and proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities

Independently interpret and work on IFC drawings and project design documents

Develop detailed architectural drawings and execution-level designs for site implementation

Prepare complete technical proposals, design presentations, and submission documents

Coordinate with engineering, MEP, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility

Review project specifications and ensure compliance with client and authority requirements

Develop shop drawings, detailing, and material specifications

Support estimation and tender teams with design inputs

Handle design coordination for swimming pools, water features, landscaping, and outdoor works

Ensure timely delivery of design packages and proposals with minimal supervision

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)

5–7 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution

Strong ability to work independently on IFC drawings and construction detailing

Experience in landscaping, swimming pools, or water feature projects preferred

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / 3ds Max, Photoshop

Strong understanding of construction detailing and site coordination

Ability to prepare professional project proposals and design submissions

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

Water features, fountains, and swimming pool projects

Landscaping design for villas, hotels, and commercial developments

Working in GCC / KSA construction environment
