– Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to secure optimal terms and pricing
– Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contracts, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards
– Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate action
– Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing freight costs, and tracking delivery schedules
– Work closely with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize delivery routes and transit times
– Proficiency in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management
Requirements
- Experience from 3 to 7 years
- Advance level in Microsoft Office especially ( excel )
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
