🚨 We Are Hiring – Branch Manager

Plenty SLD’s is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality, precision, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Precision: Maintain brand standards, portion control, and recipe integrity for all menu items.

Team Leadership: Train, develop, and supervise the branch team to ensure a “customer-first” service culture.

Efficiency: Manage daily inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimize waste.

Delivery Management: Optimize performance across digital delivery platforms (HungerStation, The Chefz, etc.) to ensure speed and order accuracy.

Reporting: Track KPIs, manage staff schedules, and drive branch profitability.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in F&B, quick-service, or retail.

The basic knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene (HACCP standards).

Proven ability to lead and develop teams in high-pressure environments.

Strong analytical skills: Experience monitoring KPIs and operational data.

Professional fluency in English.
