Candidate Requirements

Strong experience in project coordination.

Knowledge of mechanical and fabrication drawings.

Technical understanding of signage manufacturing and installation processes preferred.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage site activities efficiently.

Willingness to travel across the Kingdom for project supervision and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily work schedules and coordinate with production and installation teams.

Coordinate between sales, production, PPC, and installation departments.

Review job orders and plan site surveys and installation activities.

Provide technical support, site supervision, and customer updates.

Manage site coordination, supervision, and execution of projects.

Prepare material lists, tool requirements, and activity plans before site dispatch.

Visit project sites across Saudi Arabia and coordinate project execution.

Prepare dispatch schedules and monitor project progress.

Attend client meetings and site coordination meetings.

Monitor rectification works and conduct root cause analysis.

Train installation teams to improve quality and reduce rework.

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed schedules.

Prepare QC checklists, site completion reports, and subcontractor agreements.

Coordinate with consultants and contractors to obtain required approvals.

Prepare health, safety, risk assessment reports, and method statements.

Improve systems, procedures, and project execution methods.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Submit periodic reports to management and implement corrective actions.

Perform additional duties assigned by management.
