– Manage and control the progress in the project in order to meet all objectives.
– Ensure the implementation of the approved shop drawings as per specifications and standards.
– Get the best productivity from his team and manage all resources in order to meet the project targets.
– Establish good communication with other project departments.
Prepare all inspection and follow up with consultant’s engineers all approvals of the works.
– Ensure the implementation of the company HSE plans on site.
– Develop staff labor and equipment mobilization plans and de-mobilization plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources and efficiency.
– Work with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver on established detailed project plans with key milestones and deliverables.
– Report the daily progress of all activities to the project manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor in civil engineering
- 15+ years of working experience in construction industries
- solid knowledge in construction management QA/QC management and contractual management
- excellent communication and organization
