Experience Requirement

Minimum 5+ years of experience in piping supervision within petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects

Strong knowledge of piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, material specifications, and site execution procedures

Good understanding of ASME, API, and project piping standards

Above‑average skills in MS Excel and MS Word

Key Requirement

At the initial stage, the candidate will focus mainly on documentation work before moving to site activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Documentation Work (Initial Stage – Primary Focus)

Preparation of Method Statements, Work Procedures, and ITPs

Review and verification of P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, and material specifications

Preparation of work packages, job cards, and construction dossiers

Maintaining daily/weekly progress reports and manpower reports

Coordination with QA/QC, Planning, Engineering, and HSE for document approvals

Updating weld maps, spool status, and material tracking sheets

Assisting in hydrotest package preparation and related documentation

Ensuring all documentation meets client and project requirements

Site Responsibilities (After Documentation Phase)

Supervising piping fabrication, installation, alignment, and erection activities

Ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, procedures, and standards

Monitoring progress and resolving site issues with construction teams

Coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, and client representatives

Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and the PTW system

Supporting hydrotesting, reinstatement, punch list clearance, and final handover

Verifying availability of materials, tools, and manpower for smooth execution
