📌 Job Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Department and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will handle sales administration, customer coordination, marketing activities, and event support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate RFQs, tenders, quotations, and customer inquiries

Maintain sales records, CRM data, and project pipelines

Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations

Support marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media

Assist in organizing exhibitions, events, and promotional activities

Maintain customer communication and follow-up

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–10 years of experience in sales or marketing coordination

Experience in industrial, steel, engineering, or B2B sectors preferred

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and Adobe tools are a plus
