• Supervise daily operations of VU Restaurant and & Coffee, ensuring smooth coordination between outlets and optimal guest satisfaction.

• Develop, deliver, and regularly update training programs for service staff focused on product knowledge, guest interaction, and service etiquette.

• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, grooming standards, and continuous performance evaluation in coordination with HR.

• Prepare weekly duty rosters and staff schedules for both outlets, aligning coverage with forecasted guest volume and operational needs.

• Ensure both outlets’ cleanliness, hygiene, and mise-en-place meet Wadi Qortuba’s hospitality standards at all times.

• Manage outlet setup, décor, and ambience — including lighting, music playlists, and event mood — to enhance the overall dining experience.

• Oversee all arrangements for catered events and special functions, including logistics, setup, service flow, and décor execution.

• Coordinate procurement and inventory of serve-ware, tableware, and linens; oversee linen cleaning, storage, and rotation schedules.

• Optimize table service and delivery operations to maintain efficiency and timeliness of order fulfillment.

• Monitor POS and restaurant management systems for accurate order processing, billing, and reporting.

• Supervise coordination between kitchen, barista, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.

• Source, schedule, and liaise with live entertainment and performers in collaboration with the F&B Manager.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure outlets comply with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

• Manage guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring service recovery and continuous improvement.

• Prepare operational and incident reports, and participate in budget reviews and cost-control initiatives.

• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role within an upper-casual or premium dining restaurant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent is preferred

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software; ability to quickly learn Foodics or similar cloud-based systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in service presentation and guest care.

• Demonstrated leadership in training and motivating service teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Genuine desire to serve and delight patrons through attentive, personalized hospitality.

• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and during community events.

• Maintains impeccable grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.

• Must have a valid and transferable iqama

• Nationality: Kenyan, Filipino, Moroccan, Lebanese.

• Starting salary 4,000 SAR
