✅ Fluent in both Arabic and English spoken and written

✅ Experienced in managing social media platforms and responding to customer inquiries

✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

✅ Ability to prepare reports, quotations, correspondence, and administrative documents

✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage

📋 Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain records, reports, databases, and administrative documentation

• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

• Monitor and update company social media accounts and online presence

• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and assist in customer relations
