We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Business Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of safety, service quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

– Lead and manage all operational activities across projects and client sites.

– Ensure efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and resources.

– Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.

– Monitor KPIs, project execution, and operational efficiency.

– Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Safety Equipment Rental & Asset Management

– Oversee safety equipment rental operations and asset utilization.

– Manage maintenance, calibration, inspection, and certification programs.

– Ensure maximum equipment availability and operational readiness.

– Implement inventory control and asset tracking systems.

Rescue Services Management

– Lead industrial rescue and emergency response operations.

– Ensure readiness of rescue teams, breathing apparatus systems, and emergency equipment.

– Review and approve rescue plans for high-risk projects.

– Support training programs related to Confined Space Rescue, Technical Rescue, and Emergency Response.

Business Development

– Develop strategic relationships with clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, and Construction sectors.

– Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

– Lead technical and commercial proposal preparation.

– Participate in tendering, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.

– Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.

Health, Safety & Compliance

– Ensure full compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.

– Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

– Conduct operational audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

– Lead incident investigations and corrective action programs.

Qualifications & Experience

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Business Management, or a related field.

– Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial safety services.

– Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role In major companies in the Kingdom.

– Proven experience in:

– Safety Equipment Rental

– Gas Detection Systems

– Breathing Air Systems

– Rescue Standby Services

– Industrial Safety Operations

– Oil & Gas Support Services

Preferred Certifications

– PMI certification

– NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma

– OSHA Certification

– Confined Space Rescue Certification

– Technical Rope Rescue Certification

– Incident Command System (ICS)

– First Aid & Emergency Response Certifications

Required Skills

– Strong operational leadership and decision-making abilities.

– Excellent business development and commercial acumen.

– Proven P&L management experience.

– Contract management and tendering expertise.

– Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
