Robotics & Coding Instructor – Bricks4Kidz (Manama)

Bricks4Kidz is seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics & Coding Instructor to deliver engaging STEM education programs for children aged 3–14. The role involves teaching robotics and coding using LEGO-based platforms, managing classrooms, tracking student progress, and creating a fun, safe, and interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct robotics and coding classes for children aged 3–14.

• Teach using LEGO robotics kits (WeDo, SPIKE Prime, Mindstorms) and coding platforms such as Scratch and Blockly.

• Plan and adapt lessons to suit different age groups and learning abilities.

• Assess student progress and maintain records.

• Ensure classroom safety and proper equipment handling.

• Communicate with parents regarding student development.

• Support STEM camps, workshops, demonstrations, and special events.

• Maintain attendance, session reports, and equipment inventory.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience teaching robotics and coding to children.

• Knowledge of LEGO robotics kits and beginner coding platforms.

• Previous teaching, tutoring, or workshop facilitation experience.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Availability for after-school, weekend, and holiday sessions when required.

• STEM or Education background preferred.

• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with STEM camps or educational programs.

• Familiarity with student assessments and progress reporting.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.
