– Inspect the warehouse and property periodically
– Facilitate the receipt and delivery of goods
– Organizing, tabulating and coding materials available in the warehouse
– Carrying out periodic and continuous inventory work
– Keep damaged and replaced materials in their own place
– Take responsibility for the excess and shortage of goods
– Coordinating merchandise, storing and arranging shelves
– Preparing records of materials entered and exited from the warehouse
– Doing office work and organizing documents
– Preparing and submitting comprehensive weekly reports of everything that happened during the week inside the warehouse
– Keep all records, information, cards and documents stored
– Recording incoming and outgoing quantities
المتطلبات الوظيفة
- الحصول على درجة الدبلوم في إدارة المستودعات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال
- اجادة العمل على برامج Microsoft Office
