Job Vacancy: Civil Foreman

Position: Civil Foreman

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.

GCC/KSA experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, including excavation, concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

Strong leadership and workforce management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Valid transferable Iqama (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.

Manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure work is completed efficiently.

Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and quality personnel.

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Report daily progress and site issues to the project management team.

Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
