Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.

• 10–15+ years of experience in construction management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural facade projects, including GRC, GFRC, or UHPC systems.

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of heavy panel handling, rigging, lifting operations, and installation tolerances.

• Experience managing interfaces between facade panels, structural steel, and anchoring systems.

• Ability to review shop drawings, structural calculations, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise site construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with factories, logistics teams, subcontractors, installation crews, and QA/QC teams.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
