About the Role
Healtha.me is hiring a full-time E-commerce Operations Specialist, Shopify to manage the daily operations of our online store from our office in 6th of October City. This role keeps our Shopify website organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

The right candidate will handle daily orders, inventory updates, product listings, pricing changes, website organization, customer service, returns, and order follow-up in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
– Manage daily Shopify orders and make sure they are processed correctly.
– Follow up to ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time.
– Handle customer service emails and messages professionally in Arabic and English.
– Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and order issues.
– Monitor inventory and report products that need restocking.
– Update product listings, prices, images, descriptions, and availability.
– Organize website categories, collections, filters, menus, and product pages.
– Update promotions, discounts, banners, bundles, and featured products.
– Check the website regularly for errors, missing information, or pricing issues.
– Provide regular updates to management on orders, inventory, and customer issues.

Requirements
– Fluent Arabic and English.
– Experience with Shopify or e-commerce website management.
– Experience with online orders, inventory, customer service, or store operations.
– Strong attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
– Organized, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision.
– Comfortable working full-time in person in 6th of October City.

Preferred
Experience in health, wellness, beauty, supplements, pharmacy, or consumer products is a plus.
Experience improving product pages, collections, filters, or the customer shopping experience is also a plus.
