# Site Engineer – Restaurant Fit-Out & Interior Projects

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise restaurant fit-out, interior finishing, and MEP installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Preference will be given to candidates holding valid SEC and Aramco certifications.

## Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site activities for restaurant fit-out and renovation projects.

* Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, kitchen equipment, and finishing works.

* Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

* Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

* Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship standards.

* Manage material deliveries and verify quantities against project requirements.

* Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

* Ensure all works comply with Saudi Building Code, SEC requirements, and Aramco standards where applicable.

* Identify site issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

* Monitor labor productivity and resource allocation.

* Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies.

* Prepare snag lists, coordinate rectification works, and support project handover activities.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

* 3–8 years of experience in restaurant fit-out, interior fit-out, commercial fit-out, or construction projects.

* Experience with fast-track restaurant projects is preferred.

* Strong understanding of architectural finishes, MEP systems, and kitchen equipment installation.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

## Certifications (Required/Preferred)

* Valid SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) Certification.

* Valid Aramco Certification.

* OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (preferred).

* Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
