Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA):
1. Quality Management Systems:
– Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems to meet or exceed specified standards.
2. Risk Management:
– Identify potential quality issues and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
3. Audits and Inspections:
– Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, raw materials, and finished products.
4. Training and Support:
– Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality standards and best practices.
5. Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Quality Control (QC):
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC):
– Inspect raw materials to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):
– Monitor production processes in real-time and conduct inspections to detect and correct defects early.
3. Final Quality Control (FQC):
– Conduct comprehensive inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
4. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):
– Perform final checks on products to ensure they meet customer requirements before delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably in prefabricated concrete production
