Key Responsibilities :
– Assist in compiling and organizing tender documents
– Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate
– Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information
– Maintain a database of tender-related documents
– Help meet submission deadlines
– Proofread and format bid documents
– Assist in preparing presentations for bid proposals
– Manage correspondence related to tenders and bids
– Keep track of ongoing and upcoming tender opportunities
– Support the tender team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tender/bid environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of tender processes and documentation (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Rigorous and well-organized
