– Operate and monitor machines according to SOPs
– Follow all safety rules and use PPE
– Perform quality checks and report any issues immediately
– Complete production and quality reports accurately
– Adjust machine parameters within limits and troubleshoot minor issues
– Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance
– Apply 5S standards and keep the work area organized
– Handle materials and support efficient production flow
– Execute machine changeovers correctly and on time
– Provide clear handover between shifts
– Meet daily production targets and minimize downtime
