Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and sell all Heroes Program services to parents and potential members.
– Oversee daily program operations and act as the main link between Arena and parents.
– Maintain regular parent communication, collecting 24 feedback forms weekly.
– Collaborate closely with Heroes Coaches to ensure a smooth program experience.
– Prepare and maintain accurate attendance and checklist reports.
– Ensure cleanliness, safety, and supervision for all participants.
– Prioritize child safety during arrival and departure.
– Record behavioral issues, injuries, and concerns, and report them to the Club Manager.
– Share weekly reports with the Club Manager and Heroes of the Month names with IT.
– Coordinate with Marketing for newsletter updates by the 20th of each month.
– Ensure correct use of the Perfect Gym system and completion of all membership forms.
– Stay informed about club operations, rules, promotions, and events.
– Participate in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
– Perform any other tasks assigned by the Club Manager.
