Business Development & Marketing Executive

Al Doseri Contracting is looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

– Generate new business opportunities and secure construction projects.

– Build and maintain relationships with engineering consultants, real estate agencies, developers, and potential clients.

– Promote the company’s construction, fit-out, and maintenance services.

– Follow up on leads, inquiries, and submitted quotations.

– Manage and support the company’s marketing and social media activities.

– Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business gatherings.

Requirements:

– Experience in construction, real estate, sales, or business development.

– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

– Valid Bahrain driving license.

– Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

– Self-motivated and target-oriented.
