Function Unified Communications & Collaboration
A top-tier Cisco Unified Communications Administrator with deep expertise across the full Cisco UC
stack and Aruba wireless infrastructure. This role demands mastery-level hands-on experience. You own the design,
deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of all UC and wireless systems. This is a specialist role — not a generalist position.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Administer CUCM clusters — user provisioning, device configuration, dial plan design
• Manage call routing — route patterns, route groups, route lists, hunt pilots, translation patterns
• Configure SIP trunks, MGCP gateways, and H.323 connections
• Manage CUCM upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot call flows using RTMT, CDR/CMR analysis, and SIP trace capture
Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
• Administer voicemail — mailboxes, call handlers, interview handlers, distribution lists
• Configure Unity Connection networking — digital networking, VPIM, SMTP integration
• Manage MWI, greeting rules, and holiday schedules
Cisco Expressway & Remote Access
• Administer Expressway-C and Expressway-E for Mobile and Remote Access (MRA)
• Configure B2B calling, firewall traversal, and Webex hybrid services integration
• Manage TLS certificates, DNS SRV records, and traversal zone configuration
Cisco Contact Center (UCCX / UCCE)
• Configure UCCX scripts, queues, agent teams, and historical reporting
• Manage IVR call flows, prompt management, and skill-based routing
• Support UCCE integration — ICM scripting, CVP, CUIC reporting
