We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee glass and aluminium installation projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and hands-on experience in the glass and aluminium industry, with strong project coordination, site supervision and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

– Supervise daily site activities related to glass and aluminium installation works.

– Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.

– Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

– Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

– Manage installation teams and subcontractors on-site.

– Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

– Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and inventory at project sites.

– Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.

– Verify measurements and coordinate with fabrication and production teams.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.

– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in glass and aluminium installation projects.

– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

– Experience supervising installation teams and site operations.

– Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

– Strong communication and leadership abilities.

– Transferable iqama
