Operations & Customer Service Supervisor
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Operations & Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing laundry business.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and staff performance
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Assist customers at reception
• Follow up customer orders and complaints
• Monitor shop cleanliness and organization
• Support sales and business development activities
• Report directly to management
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, laundry, or operations is preferred
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Currently based in Oman
