– Coordinate with overseas office for the air shipments.
– follow up with Airlines.
– follow up with airports.
– communicate with customers to update shipment status (by email/phone)
– coordinate customs clearance
Requirements
- – Not Less than 6 months experience in Air Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance Procedures.
- – Fluent English Langauge (Speak & Write)
- – Acceptable level in MS OFFICE (Outlook & Excel)
- – Never Take advantage of Human Resources Development Fund (صندوق تنمية الموارد البشريه)
- – communication skills; ability to organise and prioritise.
- – ability to cope with stress and pressure.
