Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cisco Unified Communications Administrator — L3 role based in Jubail. The Cisco UC Administrator — L3 is responsible for owning the full Cisco UC stack and Aruba wireless infrastructure across enterprise environments. Daily work includes administering CUCM clusters, Unity Connection voicemail, Expressway for remote access, UCCX contact center, and Webex collaboration platforms. The role involves managing dial plan design, SIP trunk configuration, IVR call flow scripting, and Webex Calling integration. The Cisco UC Administrator — L3 will also administer Aruba wireless infrastructure and ClearPass NAC — including 802.1X, RADIUS, and device profiling — while leading P1 UC incident resolution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with network and security teams on infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Cisco CUCM — cluster administration, dial plan design, route patterns, SIP trunks, MGCP gateways, CDR analysis, and RTMT troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with Cisco Unity Connection — voicemail administration, call handlers, CUC networking, VPIM, and MWI configuration

Proven experience administering Cisco Expressway-C/E — MRA, B2B calling, firewall traversal, TLS certificate management, and Webex hybrid services

Solid experience with Cisco UCCX — script editor, IVR call flows, skill-based routing, agent team management, and CUIC reporting

Proficiency in Webex Control Hub — Webex Calling, Room Devices, hybrid services, and cloud PSTN configuration

Hands-on experience with Aruba wireless — Aruba Central, ArubaOS, AP provisioning, RF optimization, and wireless site surveys

Proven expertise in Aruba ClearPass — 802.1X, RADIUS, NAC policy configuration, device profiling, and guest access management

Certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, Aruba ACMA, or Aruba ACCP are preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

5–10 years of dedicated Cisco UC administration experience in enterprise environments
