Logistics Services Manager

A leading Heavy Equipment Rental Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to join its management team.

Important Note

Only candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama will be considered.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within Saudi Arabia.

* Proven experience in the Heavy Equipment Rental industry is mandatory.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.

* Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.

* Excellent commercial awareness and customer relationship management capabilities.

* Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, fleet utilization, and business performance.

* Strong understanding of equipment rental operations, logistics planning, asset management, and cost control.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

* Managed medium to large heavy equipment fleets.

* Successfully increased fleet utilization and rental revenue.

* Led business development initiatives and secured major contracts.

* Established and managed key customer relationships within the construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Rental Manager

* Lead and manage all rental operations.

* Maximize fleet utilization and profitability.

* Develop and implement business growth strategies.

* Manage key customer accounts and major contracts.

* Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.

Logistics Services Manager

* Lead transportation and logistics operations.

* Optimize fleet deployment and resource allocation.

* Improve operational efficiency and cost performance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Manage logistics teams and support business growth objectives.
