– Business planning for the property (Budgeting, NOI and FFO ).
– Marketing, community relations and public relation for the mall.
– Supervision and follow-up the new projects inside the mall.
– Collection (billing the services provided to tenants, writing and follow-up letters for the financial claims of the tenants).
– Crisis management for the mall.
– Supervision mall security, maintenance, customer service, landscaping and housekeeping.
– Reporting daily, weekly and monthly to senior management.
