Professional Burger Chef (Beef & Chicken) Wanted
We are looking for a professional burger chef with extensive experience in preparing and serving all types of beef and chicken burgers and sandwiches. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain product quality and develop new offerings to meet market demands.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare beef and chicken burgers according to approved recipes and standards.
• Create special meat blends and adjust fat and spice ratios for optimal quality and flavor.
• Professionally marinate and prepare various types of chicken (crispy, grilled, fillet).
• Develop and create special sauces for burgers and chicken.
• Prepare all burger toppings such as caramelized onions, mushrooms, cheese, and fresh vegetables.
• Supervise the grinding, preparation, and shaping of burgers to ensure uniform weights.
• Control cooking temperatures to maintain product quality.
• Develop new sandwiches and create unique recipes.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and ensure their suitability for use before consumption.
