Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RO Technician / Plumber to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems and plumbing networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in water filtration systems, pumps, piping, leak detection, and plumbing maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

RO System Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial RO systems.

Replace filters, membranes, pumps, UV lamps, and related components.

Diagnose and troubleshoot water filtration equipment issues.

Perform periodic preventive maintenance of RO plants and water purification systems.

Monitor water quality and system performance.

Repair water pumps, pressure vessels, dosing systems, and filtration units.

Maintain service records and maintenance reports.

Plumbing Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.

Fix leakages, blocked pipes, faucets, valves, and sanitary fixtures.

Install and maintain pumps, water heaters, and pressure systems.

Read plumbing drawings and execute installations accordingly.

Conduct inspections and identify plumbing defects.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

General Duties

Respond to emergency maintenance calls.

Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Coordinate with supervisors and customers regarding maintenance activities.

Prepare service reports after completing work orders.

Requirements

Education

High School Diploma, ITI, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in RO systems and plumbing maintenance.

Experience with commercial and residential water filtration systems preferred.

Technical Skills

RO plant installation and maintenance.

Membrane replacement and system troubleshooting.

Plumbing repairs and pipe fitting.

Pump maintenance and repair.

Water quality testing.

Knowledge of PVC, PPR, CPVC, GI, and copper piping.

Basic electrical troubleshooting related to RO systems.

Preferred Qualifications

GCC experience preferred.

Valid driving license is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and handle customer service professionally.
