Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, preventive maintenance procedures, and fault diagnosis for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Installation

Install split AC, window AC, cassette AC, ducted AC, package units, and VRF/VRV systems.

Install refrigeration and ventilation equipment according to manufacturer specifications.

Perform system testing and commissioning after installation.

Read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.

Maintenance

Conduct preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Clean and replace filters, coils, belts, and other components.

Check refrigerant levels and perform gas charging when required.

Inspect electrical connections, motors, compressors, and control systems.

Ensure optimum system performance and energy efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment faults.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

Repair compressors, fan motors, thermostats, contactors, capacitors, and control panels.

Detect refrigerant leaks and perform corrective actions.

Respond to emergency breakdown calls.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.

Ensure compliance with HVAC regulations and environmental requirements.

Maintain proper handling and storage of refrigerants and tools.

Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.

Qualifications

Education

ITI, Technical Diploma, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in HVAC/Refrigeration.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.

Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems preferred.

GCC experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Installation and servicing of HVAC systems

Refrigerant charging and recovery

HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics

Electrical fault finding

Compressor and motor repair

Reading technical drawings and schematics

Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems
