Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on marine diesel engines, generators, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs on engines and related systems.
Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Replace defective components and perform engine overhauls when required.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, marine regulations, and safety procedures.
Support vessel operations by responding to emergency breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel to complete assigned tasks.
