Job Summary
The HR Officer/Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in line with company policies and manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities HR Officer:
Recruiting and interviewing candidates.
Reviewing job applications and employee documents.
Managing employee records and maintaining confidentiality.
Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
Handling employee concerns and workplace issues.
Ensuring company policies and labor regulations are followed.
Supporting performance evaluations and staff development.
Key Responsibilities Admin Assistant:
Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and files.
Maintaining office records and databases.
Assisting with data entry and record keeping.
Coordinating with staff, clients, and visitors.
Managing office supplies and inventory.
Providing general administrative support to management and employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
IQama Valid (Visit visa Not Accepted)
Experience Must be Required
Nationality Any
Note
Candidates with the required qualifications and experience may be provided with a visa by the company. The company will also provide accommodation and food. The salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
