Are you an experienced PRV Technician with strong knowledge of hydraulic control valves and water distribution systems?

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on PRV Maintenance & Operation Technician to join a leading Operations & Maintenance team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals who have practical experience in pressure reducing valves, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and hydraulic control systems.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs)

✔ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CLA-VAL automatic control valves

✔ Diagnose pressure fluctuations, leakage, cavitation, and flow irregularities

✔ Conduct valve overhauling, diaphragm replacement, pilot cleaning, and calibration

✔ Read and interpret P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, and technical drawings

✔ Support commissioning, shutdowns, and emergency maintenance activities

✔ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements

✅ Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field

✅ 3 to 5 years of experience in PRV maintenance and operation

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• CLA-VAL Automatic Control Valves

• Hydraulic Pilot Systems

• Pressure Reducing & Sustaining Systems

• Water Distribution & Pumping Systems

✅ Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot hydraulic systems

✅ Transferable and valid Iqama preferred

✅ Available in Saudi Arabia for local hiring only
