Nationality Requirement: Filipino Nationals ONLY About the Role: We are urgently seeking a vigilant and certified Safety Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring workplace activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and minimizing risks on-site. We are looking for a proactive individual with specific experience in facilities management who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities: Site Inspections: Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Risk Assessment: Perform regular risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate accidents or injuries.

Safety Training: Deliver daily “Toolbox Talks” and safety orientations for site workers and facility staff.

Incident Reporting: Investigate and document any workplace accidents, near-misses, or safety violations, and recommend corrective actions.

Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all safety gear (PPE) and emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits) are available, well-maintained, and used correctly.

Healthcare/Facility Compliance: Ensure safety protocols align with the specific requirements of hospital environments and large-scale in-house operations.

Qualifications & Requirements: Nationality: Filipino Nationals ONLY.

Experience: strictly 2 to 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer. Prior experience in a Hospital / Healthcare setting or direct In-House facility management is highly preferred.

Education: Relevant Diploma is mandatory.

Certifications: Recognized safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) are mandatory.

Location: Must be currently residing in Riyadh.

Iqama: Must hold a valid and transferable Iqama.

Availability: Immediate joiners only.

Compensation & Contract Details: Salary: 2,000 – 3,000 SAR / month (Final package depends on interview performance).

Work Schedule: 6 working days per week / 1 day off.

Contract Duration: 2 years.

Benefits: Round-trip flight tickets provided by the company upon successful completion of the 2-year contract.
