Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
3–5 years of experience in site supervision and architectural projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise architectural works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Review shop drawings, materials, and architectural submittals.
Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
